I want to place an order, how do I become a member?
Placing an order couldn't be easier, just click on the item you want, click buy, ensuring you select the size and quantity you want, and when you're finished click checkout. You will then be asked for a few details and to set up a username and password at the bottom of the checkout page. This username and password is your membership and you should retain this information if you wish to place an order in the future.
I've forgotten my password, can I get it back?
If you have forgotten your password it is recoverable through a link on the checkout page, however we are unable to recover forgotten user names at this time.
When will I receive my order?
If your item is in stock it will be dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) via 1st Class post. If your item is out of stock a back order will be created, and as soon as it is in stock it will be sent out. Your card will only be charged when an item is in stock.
My item has arrived but it is unsuitable or faulty. How do I get a refund/exchange?
We will happily refund or exchange an item that is unsuitable. Please call our shop on 01603 625055 to get a returns authorisation or email us on sales@rockcollection.co.uk. Please note we do not refund postage on unsuitable items.
Why have I received/been charged for only part of an order?
If only part of an order is in stock we send it out straight away and charge your card accordingly. Your card will be charged again when the other items are in stock and ready to send out.
What are your postage costs/international postage costs?
We charge a flat fee of £2.00 per order for orders under £20, £3.50 for orders £20-£50, and free postage for all orders over £50 delivered within the UK. International orders are charged a flat fee of £9.00 per order. International orders can also be sent via Airsure, which can then be tracked by using this link: Track and Trace. This costs are extra £6, so £15 in total.PLEASE NOTE:- IF ITEMS GO ASTRAY IN THE POSTAL SERVICE WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A COPY OF THE PROOF OF POSTAGE FOR YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST YOUR POSTAL SERVICE. WE CAN NOT PROCESS THIS CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF AS ONCE IT HAS LEFT THE U.K IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Do I pay more postage if my item is back ordered/sent separately?
We divide the postage costs between the amount of items ordered and charge accordingly the amount of items being sent out. For example, you have ordered 3 items and have £3.50 p&p costs, if each item is sent individually £1.16 will be the postage charged to each item.
I want my item for a birthday/occasion, how do I guarantee it for a certain date?
Email us to check we have it in stock before ordering and we will let you know if it is possible.
Do you do wholesale orders?
We do not do any wholesale orders, all orders are retail only.
