About Us
The Rock Collection was founded on Norwich Market over 30 years ago selling costume jewellery, skate gear, body jewellery and alternative clothing and accessories and building on the success
of the Market Stall Black Lace was opened in 2004 in the popular Norwich
Lanes area of the city. This small and friendly shop had floors packed
with the very latest selection of gothic and alternative wares.
February 2008 saw the opening of our largest shop yet; The Rock Collection, situated once again in the Norwich Lanes area of the city, this shop expanded the range of music and alternative merchandise available including many import brands and plays host to the occasional band signing. In February 2010 the Black Lace site was consolidated into The Rock Collection to give a more focused shopping environment and a bigger selection of alternative clothing under one roof, including brands such as Alchemy Gothic, Alchemy UL13 & UL17, Criminal Damage, Darkside, Dead Threads, Directions Hair dye, Evil Clothing, Hair From Hell, Hell Bunny, Iron Fist, Living Dead Souls, Lucky 13, Miami & LA Ink, New Rock, Phaze, Spiral, Stargazer Make up and many more. At the end of January 2012 the Market stall was moved into Rock Collection so we could give you all the latest gear under one roof. The Rock Collection continues to serve the people of Norwich and the internet.
