The Rock Collection is not responsible for replacement of body jewellery damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewellery ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewellery stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewellery should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose. All Body Jewellery is thoroughly examined prior to dispatch to ensure quality. If you feel there is an issue with the body jewellery you have received please contact us to discuss the issues with the jewellery. Absolutely no returns can be made to us in any form of body jewellery or piercing materials. Product descriptions for each item are provided and include sizing, materials, etc. Inevitably due to the manufacturing processes some colours can vary slightly from those seen on the screen.
