Delivery
Mainland UK:
- £3.00 per order for orders under £20 (3-5 Working Days);
- Free shipping is available for orders £20 or more delivered within the UK (3-5 Working Days);
- We offer express delivery for £4.30 (1-2 Working Days);
- Next day shipping avaliable and charged dependant on weight. Cut off for next day delivery is 15.00;
- International orders are charged depending on location, weight and postal services available in that area
Returns
We will happily refund or exchange an item that is unsuitable/faulty. Please give us a call on 01603 625055 or email us at [email protected] so we can advise on availability for exchanges, fill in the returns authorisation form (available through your account) and send it with the item in its original packaging back to the following address:
